CDJ-800s VS. CDJ-1000

ok....
most of you ppl probably know that Pioneer has this new CD player called the CDJ-800s.... I was just wondering how good it is compared to the CDJ-1000.....
any opinions?

I like the 1000's. Easy to use and fun as hell to play with. But that's just me, other people might have a different approach

ummmmm....... buy!?!?!?
I can only dream of a budget big enough for CDJ-1000 of CDJ-800s....
I was just surfing around, checking out new equipment, and I saw the CDJ800s and I was like .......

so I was just interested in knowing what it's like.......

I hope I'm not too much trouble......

Check out this comparison chart on all the Pioneer CDJs

CDJ-800 is missing some valuable tempo ranges. CDJ-1000 can do .02% changes in pitch. CDJ-800 can do .05%.

CDJ-800 is also missing CD wave text which displays the names of tracks on a CD. I think that extremely useful.

i agree with the post above me. CDJ1000's are way expensive, and it's a CD! yuck!

CDJ-1000 over 800.. wave reader is useful, so is the SD memory card slot and the higher-accuracy in pitch control. Plus i prefer black, goes nice with my 1210s

yes, I checked both and I do think that the 1000 is better for mixing trance...... and besides, it also has CDJ mode, and I'm a CDJ so.......

anyway, I'm saying that because I noticed that Pioneer focused more on the scratching and stuff like that when they made the 800.......

besides, there is this club that maybe I'll get to play in, and they have 3 CDJ-1000's..... so I'll have my chance
