Roland Boss 303

I have a Roland Boss 303 sampler and have not really taken too much time to learn the ins and outs of it. Does anyone have this unit that can give me a crash course in it. I have samples on board which I use frequently. I want to be able to use most of the options onthe sampler as well as effects, etc... while mixing.
