Dutch names (even when these people are NOT Dutch) should be spelled like this:

Armin van Buuren
Mr. Van Dyk
Paul van Dyk
Only when you don't use a first name, the 'Van' has a capital letter.
'Van' isn't a last name at itself like Armando Ferrara Aquila
