Looks like a pretty standard mixing desk to me.
all large events have them.

the mixer next to the decks on stage is not what controls the sound output, its the main mixing desk, they set up the speakers and have them controlled by the main desk, its all set up way before the Dj's ever get near the decks to 'tune' the sound system to the acoustics of the place holding the gig.
each channel dedicated to a speaker of a group of speakers so they can tailor each speaker or group to the acoustics.

the same is true of most major nightclubs except the mixing desk is hidden away out of sight and is usally 'locked down' so some pratt cant go mess up the acoustics.

That makes some difference since Infected Mushroom play live and don't DJ...
