Vice City Hidden Packages.

I have only got 28 hidden packages and i cant find anymore Does anybody know where i can find anymore of them? Wot i mean is, is there a certain way of finding them. For example are they only in certain places, such as behind certain shops and the likes of.

kepp looking... it is one on the helipad on the airport, but you need a helicopter to get it... if you now haven't found it
