first of all..i have to say that i am fat myself...i dont have a problem with that but why some people do?
i know that it sounds a bit racist but i think that when i am in a club and i am dancing ppl feel weird about it....i mean..wtf?
i live in greece and there is a policy in clubs that if you are a guy u have to bring a girl as well or sorry....u cant get in and trust me...i think that if just me and a girl try to go to a club we will not get in (havent tried it coz i usually go out with a lot of people)
plz post your thoughts about it..

Well, I dont see why they dont let you into a club aslong as you have a date. Since you are "fat" you are probably bigger than the bouncer, so you can jsut tell him to let you in or youll kick the shit out of him

I dont know, i do think its pretty unfair, if you meet all of the expectations (have a girl with you) you should be able to get in, I dont see why they wouldn't let you.

first of all, what do you consider fat? cause i club with lots of guys who are a little chubby and some of them can dance rings around me (which says a lot).

second, maybe you are going to the wrong clubs. i go places where they don't care who you go with, what you look like, or who you are with. it is not about image but about music and good people. maybe new york is special cause we have that sort of option but i generally refuse to go somewhere if they are going to be assholes about appearance and image

i don't see why you have to have a girl with you. yeah it sucks for the vibe if the ratio is off but isn't everyone entitled to a good party?

hmmm maybe it has to do with the city. i like to see everyone dancing. maybe it isn't like that other places?

Now that you mention it, I can't say I've seen many fat blokes in clubs (plenty of fat birds, often wearing very little, which is just plain wrong ), do bouncers really tell fat blokes they're not coming in??

fat, short, tall, skinny, green, purple...WHO GIVES A F***! if people feel uncomfortable around you then it's their issue. and if they don't, then maybe you are paranoid and inside you really do have an insecurity about being overweight and you should do something about it. i know it's a lot easier said than done though. my sister has a weight probablem and she never seems to lose any. she is not obese or anything but she could definitely afford to lose like 40 lbs. as far as the club policy that is sort of wack, but then again i'm from miami/ft.lauderdale...home to many clubs who literally send bouncers outside to go up the line of people and pick out the "beautiful people" to come in and party.
