I came across this pukka webDesign site thats got great graphics and sound....
Make sure you check out the trailer n teaser and the client sections. These are a must as you'll be amazed at some of the trailers for different web sites these people have produced...

And make sure you got the volume turned up...

The 2advanced site is great in overall design and look... I do not like the navigation though, but i guess with flash its more about how it looks than useability! :0
