maybe I don't want to play all classics, maybe I want to play some tunes noones heard...
I'm beginning to think no theme would work best

Posted by Luke Terry on Dec-07-2002 17:09:

Cool

I picked B-sides btw

somebody voted no theme without saying, and the vote disapears as easy as that so explain yoself bitchaZ

Posted by Haak on Dec-07-2002 18:18:

B-sides. Shouldn't be hard for cdjs to find out what tunes are b-sides

Posted by b|p|3m on Dec-07-2002 18:44:

My vote goes to No Theme because i think that theme is a personal choice of a dj who can change it also during a set. The creativity for a dj is very important, also 4 the choice of the theme.IMHO.

I voted for NO theme.

i vote for No Theme at all... the theme trance is enough already

Posted by Luke Terry on Dec-08-2002 17:51:

Cool

mike sez b-sides and i can't be arsed 2 log out

Posted by Laszlo on Dec-09-2002 00:21:

I voted for "no theme" when I saw that "B-sides" and "no theme" were on a tie at 6 to 6...I don't want B-sides cuz that eliminates all the CD-jocks, which includes me...but then I read this post from a fella who said that it actually was possible for CD-jocks to find out what tunes are B-sides...I guess that it isn't an impossibility -it just means that we have to do a little bit more researching...

Posted by eieregooie on Dec-09-2002 01:41:

besides

7-7 now...

Posted by DJ.MD on Dec-09-2002 03:11:

I voted for Vocal/Non Vocal. I would like a non-vocal mix

Posted by Cyrax on Dec-09-2002 14:01:

I voted B-sides

time to discover some new traxxx

As a judge, i'm bound to say this :
SHOULD the theme be 'B-sides', ALL participants need to have a DECENT tracklist, including the LABEL of the track, so judges can something they can control ...

Indeed, CD-DJ's need to do more research ... nothing to do about it

Posted by t0ast! on Dec-09-2002 22:37:

i'm down with the 2002 and onwards theme.

that'd be an interesting challenge

Posted by capricorn15 on Dec-10-2002 00:41:

i chose b sides
just because i like tunes that usually arent played, but what about tunes from a cdr, or like a vinyl album like pvd otab or sasha airdrawndagger, what to do with those,

Posted by Luke Terry on Dec-10-2002 10:51:

Cool

ok, we have 29/30 votes now, so go and pick between b-sides and no theme as nothing has come close...
