DO WE ACTUALLY NEED A MOD? OR DO WE FEEL THE PLUR BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE?

i honestly don't see how it can hurt, i dont think it will change anything. i just think it can be useful if something gets out of hand and maybe a thread needs to be closed, or we can make sticky threads.

I voted yes, cause stickys would be nice. But as long as the would-be moderator doesn't close the postwhore thread!!! Did you know it now represents over 10% of all Australian posts?

If I ever end up with mod status, very little will change.
Moderation is best when used in moderation.

I won't be deleting posts, locking threads and banning people at random - if it ever needs to be done it will be in full view of everyone and with clear reasons.

And yes, the postwhore thread stays

i agree with astroboy above... but then again i like the fact australias the only forums without a mod... anyway if we do have one it should be the person that registered at ta the longest hehe na seriously someone like dj dowlz webmiester or bedrock (excuse if ive missed anoyone ) because they seem to pretty regular and thats what a mod needs!

We're all civilised, respectful people so i don't see why we need to be moderated.

The only valid reason i can come up with for a mod is that the Australian forum is falling behind in the gratuitous porn stakes.
