Is Santa a law unto himself ?

Consider the facts....

He goes down ur chimney in the middle of the night

He has a dodgy beard

He is allowed to have kiddies jump on him

He blatantly drink drives

He uses Animals for his own good in sleigh pulling

He enslaves elves....

Soooooo...... is Santa really Saint Nick or Satan misseplt ?
