Layo and Bushwacka - Love Story vs Planet Funk - Chase the Sun

Anyone have this tune at all? I hear it will never be released because so many record labels want the tune on their own label. I wish i could hear it. I heard its the best damn tune of 2002 :[

it was released on white label, all over HMV. And i dont really like it to be honest.

But yeah it was out on the shelves on HMV for sure. Later. So it has been released as white label. But since its a bootleg of two tracks on two different labels, you arent going to see this signed to any label.

it would break alot of leagal rules.

The ones i saw were just filthy bootlegs named The Love Song.

The best one is the new Love Story with the Finally vocals over it. Quality!!

Love story was that big that the original is now selling for between 30 - 40 alreday!

Try listening to this sample from an online shop:

I myself have never been keen on love story - though i think the vs planet funk one is better than the finally one of the original.

Does HMV really sell white labels? they aren't any HMV's nearby - so rarely go to any, but once i went to the one in Oxford and all they had in the way of dance vinyl were 3 on NuLife - argh!!!

The best record shops are the one which smell like librarys/old peoples homes, and they staff are behind the counter playing house tracks, ignoring your attempts to pay, and looking at you in a snobbish "your buying trance and i like house" sort of way.

I'd post a link of the price of the current original copy if ya like, but i cant be fucked. You mention the album thin, which always happens, it will have the original mix on and that's it, not the BUSHWAKA MIX and the huge TIM DELUXE MIX that's why it's worth shit loads. The finally bootleg is still kicking around for around 5 in most places.

Another thing, i bought the LAYO & BUSHWAKA album, and it's fuckin wank!!! Love story is the only one worth listening to, the other are pathetic!

I bet, dance albums are always rubbsh - even paul oakenfold's one was a heap of shite. The only good ones seem to be from Faithless, and X-Press 2's was quite good.

Believe me, there wasn't anything even half decent on that album apart from love story. Roger Sanchez's album is very good! So is Robbie Rivera's.
