Live Performances:

all of mine were good, but outstanding:

DJ-Sets:

hard to judge, but i'd say the following are up there

Chris Liebing at Tronic
Marusha at Love Airport
PvD @ SF
Ferry in Exit

I have seen these this year(just turned 18, so not much):

Marco V @ Glow - Sept. 14
Seb Fontaine @ Buzz(Trust) - October ??
Armin van Buuren @ Glow - Nov. 9
Ferry Corsten @ Glow - Dec. 7

I loved them all. Seb Fontaine played some nice prog @ trust. any progheadz missed out =P.

All the others at glow were quality anyway, though the bass is so high i leave deaf every time =P.

Amit - in his parents bathroom.. 3 hour set...

In my view, this year put NYC back on the map as a great clubbing city...and it looks even more promising for 2003 with the opening of some new clubs such as Escape, Powder, and hopefully Crobar..

As for the best events I attended this year..here's the order:

1. PvD @ ARC
2. Mauro Picotto @ ARC
3. PvD @ Roxy

John Digweed @ Area 2 (after tiesto's weak set...john digweed just blew my mind away)
Sasha & Tim Skinner @ Buzz (Trust) on halloween. (one of the best vibes ever)

geez i have to admit it has been a pretty good year for trance...but how i am feeling about it...all these parties...all these big name DJs comin to nyC...not liking it...snipers putting up advertisements...getting alil too mainstream for me. but all in all a good year of music...

it's hard to rate parties...so much is influenced by the venue and crowd, that it could either make or break or great set. PvD's set at Exit was AMAZING but I couldn't really hear it and it is the worst party I have ever been to, and possibly the worst night out i've ever experienced...sucks it had to be with paul.

yup - that could have been the best set ever and there was no way i could have enjoyed it. i hate exit.
