Possible problem with sticky threads

For some reason when you enter Canada(for example) all threads from Toronto/Montreal/Western Canada forums should be displayed. Sticky threads are not displayed for some reason though.. it that a bug or feature?

I've been wondering why it happens too. Maybe because there would be too many stuck threads?

only guess i could say is that sticky threads are normally events or something special to that reigion, so clicking canada u get general canada, which isnt covered by a certain section canada, you have to click there.

example if i clicked on europe, holland's dance events really dont concern me, but in a way they do incanse i wana go, im talking shite, let swamper answer this, might be a bug tho
