so.. whats the best amount of gram.. to put on this needle? when i have calibrated the tonearm etc! last pair got fucked pretty fast cause to much grams on the needle..!

depends whether you are practicing or performing.
practicing I use about 1.8grams
performing I use between 3-5 grams

definitly good to practice with less tracking force - you dont wear your records as much and learn to handle vinyl gently.

I use Nightclub S's and find 4 grams is good for performing. if you need more skip resistance than a nightclub at 4 grams, you should consider scratch needles, IE the pink ortofon stylii or shure M447's.

the pink [scratch] stylii will mount on your nightclub cart, if you need better tracking.
