Umek - Gatex Killer => Umek - Benozal (Gabry Fasano Remix)

While we're talkin bout track'killers u should listen to this one:

Umek - Benozal (Gabry Fasano Remix)

I heard this one was hard to get (or maybe even impossible ) so I decided to reconstruct it.
Just finished with the reconstruction last night, search for it on the hub if u like or dislike Umek - Gatex, this one 0wns Gatex big time!!
Mauro Picotto also spinned this one @ Sensation, 5th track of his set if I'm right. Give a listen to it and you'll hear it's a great track!

When u hear it or allrdy heard it tell me does it kick Gatex ass or not?

can't find it but if it is as good as the other reconstruction it will definitly get a 'real' release

What do you mean by reconstruction
I've got some ideas but i'm not entirely sure.. please explain it to me

The main idea is making a rip from a track (for example from a liveset or mixcd etc) sound complete, the rip has to be a good one though, and most of the time its adding beginning and ending measures to it.

I'm leeching it atm so you'll get my opinion later

After one listen I can say that this is a nice tune, something I'll definitely keep but on the other hand I can't say that it beats Gatex... Still a great tune but Gatex is imo very hard to beat

Indeed a dancefloor killer!!
Sounds very dark!

Well, the original Benozal was a favorite of mine a while ago, so I'll check this one out. Most of the Gatex remixes were letdowns, but maybe this one will do Umek some justice.

the fasano mix is very cool a bit tougher than the original.

there are no vinyls of this...there are 2 copies and both are on cdr...mauro and gabry both play it...and i love the bass line sick...and mauro has been playing it for around 2 years now

I wonder then - how is it possible that I have a full rip of that track right here?

thats nice to know.....i have one too and its not a full rip, same goes for the fasano rmx of gatex

danceaddict, I have to agree with you. This track totally kick major AZZ! I first heard this tune on mauro picotto - godskitchen 5th birthday. Right after he played Trasponder 2(nice tune also), Benozal step in and WOW! I wish I had it on vinyl.

brotax and lanicor kick both gatex's and benozal's ass!
and that very easily too

You had better not reconstruct it. It's avable here, such as many other techno and minimal tracks.
