Removing the shit out of your pc

Well,the case is normal..u install a prog(ware),then u try to patch it and it all ends in a big dump,as the program identifies the crack/serial and won't let u choose a new one(for the new version) or reinstall it...
What do u do in a situation like this?
Scan the reg? plz help

how's the site going??? did you make any flash animations since the last time??
