ultra freeze for Q3

yo,

I can't find the ultra freeze mod anywhere... well for free. i was wondering if someone has it, or a reliable site that has a lot of mods, specifically not fileplanet. (or i could just go to planetquake3.net and try to download it from the dead links.)
