Recent Trippy movie you've watched (high or sober)

I think the most recent one i watched that was really trippy would be Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets. I burned and went to watch it at the theaters and couldn't stop laughin at the fat guy with the red face and many chins.....i think the kids behind me were getting mad

I just watched dark side of the rainbow, which is Pink floyd- Dark side of the moon, synched up to Wizard of Oz. Now that shit is so trippy if your fuct. Another freakin trippy movie is Felix the cat, the movie and Fear and loathing in LA. God damn i love being high.

I'm on a Kubrick kick lately. Yesterday I watched A Clockwork Orange. Two nights ago was The Shining. Both give you quite a strange feeling.

Last week I rented Jacob's Ladder, which I've seen a hundred times before but never get tired of it. Is he supposed to be in Purgatory or something? I got in a debate about this years ago with someone, but couldn't remember what we agreed on. Sorry, don't mean to ruin it for those whom haven't seen it yet.

One other thing, Pink Floyd's The Wall. WTF? I've seen this movie in all sorts of altered states, as well as being sober, and I still can't figure out what people like about it. There's no point to it whatsoever, even when I'm fu$%ed up. Just looks like a bunch of music videos. Do you really think these guys had a point of some sort with this movie?

hah yes my avatar is from bumfights. the other night i was at home with a few friends and we dosed. i d/l bumfights for the first time and fucking had a blast watching it high. funny as hell.

and don't u mean fear & loathing in las vegas? LA would definately not be as trippy! fear & loathing is probably one of my favorite movies of all time.

the reason im asking this is cuz tonight im probably doing this again so i wanted to find some real tripped out movies to rent.

i havent seen requiem for a dream tripping, but when i saw it sober afterwards i was just like "wow", and then you just dont feel the same for the rest of the day. that movie sticks with you, and is one of my most favorite movies of all time. anything dark and sinister like that i love.

The Lord of the Rings : The Two Towers

HOLY SHIT. That sequence when Gandalf talks about what happened to him and the camera goes inside his eye and...OMFG...you just have to see it. Unbelievable. What a great film. Fear and Loathing is so fucking cool. I like it when he's checking into the hotel and teh floor starts to move, hehe.

Bum Fights is fucking hilarious. I like the Bumhunter segments the best. Haha, the Water Fountain Troll, I love it

if you like the "americanized" version , watch the japanese original. much better and much much more frightening. the original is titled "ringu" and you can find it on iMesh, check it out.

my gf has the japanese version on vcd! but its not dubbed in chinese so i don't feel like reading subtitles so i haven't watched it. maybe i will tell her to bring it.

I was all excited to see vanilla sky but then was disappointed by the explanation in the ending...wasn't so cool after all...however, The Game was really great...this was mighty screwed up, it reminded me of 'the running man' by Stephen King (though I haven't seen the movie of that)...
