English is the world language.

Treat it well when used as it doesn't belong to you

Yes, only we are aloud to abuse it and twist it into every form of slang and nonsense possible and even on some cases, when calla uses it, not possible.

i speak American, sometimes i cant understand what those brits are saying, plus we both have so much different slang it seems that after too long they really will be different, but in writing they are both basically the same

Hmm I prefer my own spoken language for a number of reasons. I have been speaking english for over half my life yet not been back home for about 7 years so I like to speak it more than english so I don't forget it. Also, if you wanna get a point across, even tho no one understand you, getting really pissed and speaking German really makes ppl kinds scared (at least in my case) lol

Of course I prefer Portuguese (my native language)! I mean, English is fine, but I don't really like the fact of having to swallow my tongue when speaking (I'm talking about the letter "r" in words like "roof", "rose",...), which is one of the reasons why I sound like a brit-wannabe when I talk (I don't need to choke when saying thinks like "harder", "further"...) j/k

I'd prefer English...
Hungarian has stupid characters

English.

Portuguese ain't too bad actually, just english is a simpler language (in terms of grammar) and sounds generally better.

Ora pois, that's because you guys are too lazy to pronounce the vowels

My SPANISH ! hehehe . but which english you talking about ? American English is very differnt to ENGLISH ! ..

One thing, if it werent for that storm that destroyed the Spanish army, there wouldnt be no English, but I think worlwide, Spanish and English rule equally.

I wouldn't prefer english for several reasons.
First and foremost is spelling. There is not a clear set of rules for how to spell some words, and the fact that some letters sometimes sound one way and sometimes other is stupid. Croatian is better here. Every letter always has exactly the same sound.
Grammar is sort of wierd. Too many verb tenses like 2 present tenses.
Last, I don't know how to say this in english, because it basically doesn't have it, but most european languages do, it's changing the ending of the noun or adjective depending on its position in a sentence. English has only remains of that in words like he-him, she-her, or who-whom. It's kinda stupid to have that partially incorporated, and for most nouns and adjectives it is replaced with additional words in the sentence.
Croatian on the other hand sucks because it has 7 of those noun-adjective variations, so it's hard to learn them all if you're not a native speaker.
Another thing in croatian I don't like is that double negation is not confirmation but also negation. Can be confusing sometimes.
German is ok language in my opinion.
