the site also reccomends you download "net pumper". I took a look at Cnet donloads, and found a few reviews that made me not want to do it:

i just donwload this program n after i install it my AD-aware just started to go crazy its says "warning" CYDOOR Key detected... we all know wut Cydoor is right... so just be carefull....if u want to remove da Cydor just go through the "regidit" n its usually on HKEY_CURRENT_USER\softeware\cydoor
