Dunno The Two Towers, What did you think?

So, with this highly anticipated release after the first amazing movie what did you think? I saw it today, along with all of NSW I think.
After having such high expectations going into the movie I was afraid I would just be let down. But I was actually realy impressed with this movie. It was quite different to the first one, centred around the characters themselves and not so much the whole task at hand.
Overall I thought it was excellent, easily as good as the 1st one if not better.

And the battle sequence at the end is probably one of the best action sequences I've seen. It was amazing.

I recommend you go see it but don't bother if you havent seen the first, you'll just be totally lost. Now I'm hangin out for "The Return Of The King" next christmas. We're set for a huge finish!

yeah i tried reading the first one but thought it was shit and confusing. it seemed to be written wierdly too, but that was a long time ago and i should give it another go. might like it. i used to read all the dragonlance novels though, they kicked arse. and discworld too! haha funny stuff.

That was an awesome movie! Did not feel like 3hrs10mins either. Would have liked a bit more fighting scenes but i'm an action junkie so theres never enough fight scenes!

i liked it. i expected cool sfx and a top story like the first, and that's what this one offered. now just have to wait another year for the return of the king!

*grabs book and starts reading*

Loved the film, cept for Golem - A required part of the story, but I got no time for the guy
Lots of serious parts in the film, blanced out by Legolas' slick movements, the "trees" and the Dwarfs sense of humour.

To quote a very good friend of mine...

"If Britney wanted to fuck me, I'd go see it instead"

Oh Yeah?!? You try sittin through it when you need to go pee pees only 40 minutes into the movie.

Why didn't i just go you may ask? Because i never have during a movie and i won't start now (yes, i'm a tightass who wants to get all my moneys worth).

I must say though, my bladder seems to be paying for it, i haven't gone toilet since.

And yeah, tis was a spectacular film, the battle scenes were quite amazing.
