Of the ones you mentioned, I think Airwave - Above The Sky 2002 was best, followed by Ferry's Second Edition of Out Of The Blue. Also ranking high are AvB's remix of Seven Cities and Push's Universal Nation revamp. Wasn't a fan of the others -- Marco V and J00F failed to improve on the (much) older mixes while Beat Pusher went a different route with Cloudwalking but couldn't really upstage the original and Fingers Burnt had their work cut out for them with For An Angel... and it showed.

I prefer Marcos mix to Johns. Sure, the Marco V mix can be labelled as a butchering, but if you hear it in a club you wouldnt think that. It is fucking AWESOME in a club. Best breakdown and buildup I know of. Johns has no life to it I dont think, and it takes too long to get going.

I have yet to seen a remake that is as original and dazzling, and also pays homage to the tune that started it all.
