Mirco de Govia
Does anybody have or know any information about Mirco de Govia? He/She has to be one of my favorite producers and remixers of all time.
Also, I recently downloaded Lasgo - Something (Mirco de Govia Remix), and it's absolutely incredible; A great song made greater. Is this track a 2002 remix? If it is, I have a new favorite tune of the year
If anyone can, please help me out on this.
Thanks!
Check this out.
MDG rules. One of my favourite tracks this year is his remix of I'm Alone.
Don't know very much about him but he's German and I know has remixed Sun Decade I'm Alone, Ralphie B - Massive, Sonorous - Second Sun and Lasgo - Something and has released a track called "Epic Monolith" and "Things That Matter".
I love the remix of Sun Decade - I'm Alone. His remix of Lasgo - Something is very good too though I still prefer the original. It was made in early 2002 as far as I know for the UK release on Positiva.
he is german
he owns you
he made Epic Monolith, it also owns you
he made Things that Matter, it also owns you

I just finished downloading Sonorous - Glass Garden (Mirco de Govia Remix). I know the tune and it's definitely some mix of Glass Garden and it does sound like it could an MGD remix.
Did he really do a remix of Glass Garden?
making music is jsut his hobby, which is why he doesnt crank out tracks so fast. he alreayd has a job which earns him far more money.

I like his tracks, but he uses many of the same samples in his tracks, kinda depressing when deciding what tracks to get.
certainly one of the found of the year
great artist.maybe the found of the year
The Euphonic website (the website for the label he is signed to) is good for background info. Also has his discog but it's not very up to date...

If you surf around that site, you will probably find out even more info.
MdG is one of my fave producers and I still think Epic Monolith is amazing!
