Pioneer CDJ 800

Just got this killer deck on wednesday, but due to some lousy circumstance, I need the money back more than I need the player.

Asking $1500 flat. Most stores in Toronto don't even have them yet, but will be asking 1500 + tax when they come in.

This is a lesser version of the CDJ 1000 bud. I toyed with em both and the 800 is a hell of a lot cheaper than the 1000 which goes for 900 here

Still bud.. that would be roughly 951 USD.

1 CAD => 0.63416 USD

1500 CAD => 951 and some change USD

Still high priced. And for a single used (albiet a week) it is still more than a single CDJ1000 would be.

Perhaps if you dare spend a little time north of your border, you will see that hi-tech equipment is actually more expensive here even after the dollar conversion. When I originally purchased it, I only paid 700 US for it. Taking into account shipping, border fees and duty - unless you can find it for less than 700 US - you will not end up with this CD player, in Canada, for less than 1500. Sure it's used...for a week... but I seriously doubt there are any stores up here that will sell it for less than 1500 (the 1000's are 2200, btw) plus tax.

Although they are of place, your appraisal services are appreciated.

no matter to me anyway. I own 2 CDJ1000's. Just dont like the fact you buy something and then try to rip others off for it.
