Roc Project - Never (DJ Tiesto Remix) is a good one and is about 127 bpm

if you're talking trance, then Rising Star - Touch me (Vincent de Moor remix) is 130 bpm

There are way too much. Try some house or progressive.

System F - Insolation 125 bpm
V-One - Dead Cities (Original Mix) 127 bpm
Silent Earth - Mi Alma (Original Mix) 128 bpm
DJ Tiesto - In My Memory (Fade's Sanctuary Remix) 128 bpm

Below 130 bpm it gets harder to find trance tracks. The above are some examples. Of course progressive house/trance often falls in that area. There are quite a few tracks right on 130 bpm or just above though. Haak mentioned one -- here are a few more for good measure:
