Yea. Me likes the Swordfish Soundtrack also. Um...I can't really think of too many soundtracks that are too trancey. You could always go with the Blade 2 soundtrack. Haha Wasn't there a collaboration with Ice Cube and BT or something like that on there?

Funny...my dad just asked me for suggestions of movies he shoudl watch that had cool techno soundtracks like 'Run Lola Run' so I think I gave him a list with these movies...

1. Trainspotting
2. Pi
3. Human Traffic
4. Go (not so much techno, but some, and it's very good)
5. Better living through circuitry (a rave documentary)
6. Hackers

in all these cases, the soundtracks they make for the stores usually leave out a ton of the good songs, with the exceptions of maybe Pi and Hackers (which has like several albums) so if you rent the movies, you should download the songs in the credits and get some of those artists if you like them, in the store too...

oh yeah...

7. Zoolander

"Groove" is also a good one. Just remembered that one. Has the crappiest plot, but features the main man, Digweed.

Movie themezz

I like Mortal Kombat's Main Theme, and the song at the end
--> Orbital - Halcyon & on & on

I cant say I like the Swordfish soundtrack much. It's alright

There's people here that would vouch for the Bladerunner soundtrack, though I've never heard it myself

Yeah the Blade 2 soundtrack is a collaboration album between electronica and rap artists. My favorite song off of the CD would be Roni Size & Cypress Hill- Child of the Wild West

BT did a song with "The Roots" called "Tao of the Machine" and it's pretty good also. Blade is one of my favorite movies

Run Lola Run is a good one...and by the way, the movie is REAL GOOD.

Hackers . Great movie, great soundtrack (Prodigy, Underworld, Orbital, etc.)

Well there are 3 soundtracks to hackers!
I like the first one...some singles from the others are good!
You gotta checkem out though...PLUS they're RARE to get here in Canada/Toronto!

I looked for ages to find that. I'd go get it at HMV as an import but I feel like keeping my kidneys as opposed to using them as a down payment on the soundtrack.

I wouldn't call hackers a great movie, but the soundtrack has some good tracks. Didn't the movie The Beach have some trance on it?

It's not an academy award winning movie or anything but I thinks it's underated. I've seen it a hundred times , naybe it's because I love the music but I like the movie too.

The Bladerunner soundtrack and original score by Vangelis is amazing if you want something on the more chill out end.

Funny you should mention this.
This was probably the first CD and the first track that got me into trance before I really knew what trance was.

especially the original trilogy

Posted by TranceSeeker on Jan-02-2003 12:50:

Requiem for a dream --> Zoo York, simply amazing
Platoon --> Barbers adagio for strings --> awsome
