Do you know the name of this song?

Can someone PLEASE tell me the name of the song that these lyrics are from? It's a song that Mark Oliver spins every Saturday night at the Guvernment in Toronto. I don't feel like bugging him, so maybe someone could help?

Here are the lyrics I know:
