it's not just screaming babies though, it's all children that annoy me. when they are old enough to talk it just makes them more annoying, like on the train once:

small child sitting near us: 'is it a long way to sheffield?, is it a long long long long long long long long long way to sheffield?' (repeated several times)

ah yes little kids like that Once on the train some little kid kept singing the alphabet over and over again, but only knew up to G!! argh

Screaming babies can be annoying, but I never really come across them. I just go absoultely insane when I hear a fly in my room. Especially if I'm laying down, trying to sleep. Now that shit is annoying because you want to sleep and just forget about it, but that stupid fly won't stop buzzing around and then you actually have to get up from your comfortable position just to regulate on it.
