Vehicle created specifically for DJs
Honda has taken Motowns music history to heart, unveiling the Studio E concept vehicle, built around the needs and lifestyle of a club DJ with a complete audio and video studio, onboard personal computer for music mixing and 42-inch plasma screen.
Based on a panel-side version of the Honda Element, the Studio E transforms the outdoor-oriented production Element into a mobile entertainment center geared toward city nightlife. In fact, the Studio E name is derived from Studio 54, perhaps the most popular nightclub of all time, combined with E from Element.
Studio E seating includes a front bench seat and two rear pod seats that flip down from the sides, yet store in a minimum amount of space when not in use. The sporty interior trim includes black nylon, red alcantara suede, and black rubber floor mats with a raised diamond plate pattern for traction.
The mobile entertainment system uses a personal audio computer and can mix multiple inputs simultaneously. It has a workstation with keyboard, mouse and a 17-inch liquid crystal display, as well as a motorized 42-inch plasma screen that rotates down from the ceiling for performances.
The mobile entertainment system has more than 800 watts of power, with 11 speakers throughout the vehicleranging in size from 2-inch tweeters to thunderous 10-inch subwoofers located underneath the rear cargo floor.
Studio Es high-performance character extends beyond the equipment inside the vehicle to the performance of the vehicle itself. It is powered by a high-tech, modified 2.4-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine that delivers 200 horsepower and is coupled to a close-ratio 6-speed manual transmission for excellent acceleration. High performance low-profile suspension with 19-inch wheels, high performance tires, aggressively tuned springs and performance shock absorbers complete the package.
The Studio E features a single door on the drivers side to provide additional security for the equipment inside. The rear-door tailgate on the Element is replaced with panel doors
While Studio E is not planned for production, the concept will allow Honda to test the market for interest in other variations on the current production Element.
Pretty cool I guess, I'm not much of an SUV fan though. Check out this motorcycle too:
That's a Viper engine on 2 wheels...this thing can go 0-60 in 2.5 sec and is estimated to reach speeds of 300mph!
More info on this bike can be found here: http://autoshow.msn.com/autoshow2003/article.aspx?xml=DCXConcepts
haha, no one has responded to your thread
nice car tho...
man....it sure would be nice to have a car like that if it weren't a HONDA!!! i dont think it'll generate much interest any way cause it looks sorta lame.....
imagine sitting on a viper engine with two wheels attached to it .....WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
dat motorcycle looks like sumthin outta the "extreme-g 3" videogame
the tomahawk has 4 wheels because 2 wheels cannot handle the power the viper's v10 engine creates.

It's not planned for production? WHAT'S THE BLOODY POINT THEN!
They might as well design a family car with a rollercoaster and water slide to amuse the kids
