Footlong turkey and ham on parmesan oregano, with cheese, onion, lettuce, capsicum, tomato, olives, salt and pepper and mayonnaise.

*drooools*

/me runs off to count Sub Club stamps...

Gaaahh! Only 2 short of a footlong!

I just love their loyalty program, although it works out to something like $50 for a free sub .

i actually want to get up and make sandwichs for work now

ive never had subway ever. whats the point when i can make my own sandwiches?

convince me

Posted by OLi_A on Jan-10-2003 07:55:

say you only $8 and have no access to bread or any gourmet toppings and there is nothing available to you except subway?

but then again if you have no access to bread or any gourmet toppings then how could you have access to subway which has all these and some?
i guess youd buy $8 worth of cookies
mmmmm cookies

Posted by escee on Jan-10-2003 08:06:

local supermarket, 8 dollars can buy a lot of gourmet toppings, maybe not sauce though.

Posted by OLi_A on Jan-10-2003 08:08:

remember i said you had no access to places like supermarkets or delis or servos

I have access to both, they are infact directly opposite each other.

its a hypothetical situation man
ad lib with me

ahem
back to the topic .. kickass sandwiches!!

today i went the boring route: Chicken Teriyaki on white with all salads and sweet onion sauce

The best ones though:
- Chicken Fillet on white with bacon, all salads and sweet chilli sauce

- Pizza or Meatball sub with extra cheese .. when you do the extra cheese thing, get them to put it in the microwave for x2 longer .. the cheese melts all through the sandwich arggh drooool

- Tuna with all salads and mayonnaise is very good also, if a bit plain...

Stay away from the steak ones, that meat is weird...

Posted by Bealzy on Jan-10-2003 10:17:

hehe.
im bored of Sub's and even da cookies!
i have to make uber subs to satisfy my bored tastebuds.
chicken fillet + double bacon + turkey + quadreple cheese.
lettuce+tom's+pinaaple. chilli sauce + mayo.
it would cost like 8 bucks to get made but hey its 1 big fucking sub haha.

Oath! But it's too cool in Subway

Posted by escee on Jan-10-2003 14:32:

inacoma, im glad we agree but cheese and vegemite? :throwingupsmiley:

thats gross, but then again i hate vegemite.

If i had to choose between cheese and vegemite or subway, subway wins.

Oli_a ive found my motivation, its ok now!
