Creating a compilation

I got to ask a question, i need to know a program that i can use to create and edit a compilation.. one preferably that doesnt have auto bpm counting. something around the lines of mixmeister but i dont like mixmeister cause it does auto beat counting which doesnt always work

Any suggestions?
