They need to pay you more. Last few lineup's I've seen you've been the only one that appeals Good job on Radio 1, aint seen you yet though so can't comment.

Yeah but look at the clubs point of view. He is still relatively unknown and so in THEIR eyes still a gamble. Ok most of us know he has the ability to make it but that does not necessarily mean that he will.

And also i'm sure Jon will agree that as probably the biggest weekly club in the country has just given him a residency i'm sure he's over the moon with just playing there for now. I know i would be. I'd personally do it for free.

I imagine his wages will go up considerably once he prooves himself on the big stage over a period of time

Yeh, I dont know you Jon (/Neil/Lucky bastard) and I don't think you need advice from me, but all Ill say is once you are established and the regulars love ya, don't let the club take the piss - you are doint them as much of a favour as they are you... so make sure you get rewarded!! (COIN!!!)

Ps - enjoyed the R1 set and the Mixmag shubbang.

Resident DJs often don't get paid nearly as much as they would for a one-off gig at any other club they visit. Wait for your profile to build up and the pay will increase.
