Posted by SQ-K on Jan-12-2003 06:47:

What sort of news do you mean? The basics have been out for about 3 weeks:

TWO TRIBES 2003

Sunday 9th March
4pm - 7am
Melbourne Park -- all arenas and surrounds

Lineup: Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Mauro Picotto, Sander Kleinenberg, Junkie XL (live) Dave Seaman, Layo & Bushwacka, David Morales, Frankie Knuckles, Slam, Speedy J (Live), Meat Katie

Big Kev's got nothing on me.

why do you have "(live)" after JXL and Speedy J? arent all the DJs going to be there live?

Edit:

ALSO, where do u order the tickets from?

Posted by DJ_Ballistic on Jan-12-2003 07:12:

usually when it says live, it means they are performin live, like with samplers n keyboards n stuff while th others just play vinyls sorta

bah u get what im sayin

They play from their lap-tops

Posted by narcism on Jan-12-2003 07:22:

tristan- u can get tix from the norm places
ticketek
most dance arenas, central station, mooks ect.

Posted by tristan_vdv on Jan-12-2003 07:39:

The ticketek website only lists sydney so I'll just call ticketek or get it from somewhere else

One thing that caught my eye on the ticketek website is that it said u only have to be 15+ to get in, is this true for melbourne also? that would be so cool cause then some of my 17 yr old friends can also come.

Posted by narcism on Jan-12-2003 07:48:

yeah u can get em from ticketet
hahah thx god melb is over 18

Posted by webmeister on Jan-12-2003 08:01:

I've had the hardest time looking for where to buy these tickets...

Now my only problem is that I've spent most of my money and have to wait till the next pay check to get em.... farq.... guys just leave some early bird tickets for me.

InAcoma... u can't get the early bird tickets from the Sanity dance arenas... I went today and they don't have them....

And it's really beginning to shit me... i'll try central station and ticketek and mooks... dammit i won't those tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by Master_Yoda on Jan-14-2003 05:37:

Has anyone actually had any success in purchasing early bird Two Tribes tickets for Melbourne..??

IF so.... then WHERE THE HELL DID U GET THEM FROM?????????

Now this is really starting to shit me.

Just ordered my Early Bird tickets today from Ticketek. Add 2 more U/18's to the list

Bummer for you Melbournites. Looks like your gonna pay the price for getting Tiesto. No not death, just more expensive tickets. Serves you right too!

...and now Tiesto isn't even coming! If ticket prices didn't go down after his name is removed i'd be seriously pissed off.

Posted by stipsy on Jan-15-2003 00:53:

we will get a replacement if he doesnt pay..and melbournians arent afriad to pay a bit of cash to see the best anywayz

Posted by SQ-K on Jan-15-2003 01:53:

I don't expect that tix will be any more expensive than last year. $65 early birds would suggest a final price of $85-90, and $100 on the door. Same as last year

Posted by Miss Vandit on Jan-16-2003 00:16:

I am so fucking excited about this!!!!

Come on Tiesto and Armin!!!

And Sander!!!

Posted by Tranzmit on Jan-16-2003 00:40:

I wonder if there's any other way to get early bird tickets besides Ticketek. Reason being i don't have a credit card
