Arrgghh TwoTribes Tiesto!!!
WTF?
the flyer on futureentertainment.com or two tribes has been changed and Tiesto isn't listed. Anyone know what's happening? And no I'm not bullshitting on this check it out for yourself (I wouldn't bullshit about something like this, people would kill me for it methinks)
WTF?
I didn't think he was listed. I thought it was Judge Jules and Armin
He was listed for the Melbourne event, so I was going to do a road trip from Canberra just for that. Now it seems that I might do Sydney instead.
Oh ok sorry I thought you ment Sydney
what the fuck is going on
I just spoke on the phone to a woman at FE about Tiesto and Melbourne ticket sales.
Tix for Melbourne go on sale tomorrow 9am. The problem was the tennis centre and tickets for some tennis game being for sale there or something like that. Geez as if you'd use a stadium for sports when you can have something like TwoTribes there instead, the nerve of some people.
The Tiesto booking is currently being worked out as apparently he has had conflicting booking dates, at the moment he isn't playing at TT, but they are confirming this for sure on friday. She said that they will put out a e-flyer on Friday or so about this.
I wanna see Tiesto, hope he comes to Australia later in the year.
wow
bad news for melbourne.
I heard he was trying to do 5 continents in 7 days or something stupid like that and that was the reason he could only play in melbourne. If he is still trying to do that, then perhaps one of the other cities will get him if he cant/wont do melbourne
Please perth, please perth, please perth...
PheW, Lucky im a poor ass at the moment and couldnt book my ticket for Melbourne just yet.
thats really bad news!
ah crap.
farq... I sure want to c Tiesto....
But more than that I want to get a farken ticket...
Assholes, they say tickets avail Jan 6th and they don't even tell u that that's changed.
I heard a rumour that he might be touring in september, totally unconfirmed though, and given that his promotion site only lists dates up to end of feb I think it's probably not even laid down dates or anything yet.
holy shit balls
hmm .. well if there is definitely no Tiesto then I doubt I will come for the Melbourne event....
Still gunna come for PVD though

Thanks for the info - there are a few threads on ITM as well questioning the fuck up.
Oh well...if Sydney doesnt get Tiesto why should Melbourne
*hides*
hahaha damn...seriously its a shame....coz the line-up looked really amazing... too good to be true basically
look if armin pulls out thats when im really gonna scream
i hope he isnt playing at a creamfields/any other named event. I want a solo tour! 4 hours at least!
I hope he plays again... would be nice to see him again... i really wouldnt give 2 shits about tiesto is he was replaced with M.I.K.E.... im still really pissed off that he was cancelled
Well.....
I do hope Tiesto does play in Melbourne, considering alot of people have probably planned and paid for big trips to Melbourne for the event.
I will say however....
Dear Melbourne,
Tiesto being in the initial TT 2003 line up then *maybe* not, is karma getting you back for stealing Armin from Queensland last year, so you guys could get a SECOND SHOW, when we had NONE.
Love,
FB
Sorry... had to say it. I am still pissed off I missed out on Armin last year.
But seriously, I haope Tiesto goes to the Melbourne show, it would make for a fantastic night.
all that matters is that speedy j hasnt cancled.
The word from Future this morning (as lifted from other forums) is that Tiesto has cancelled his March world tour, and will not be playing at TT2003.
Disappointed? Yeah, quite a bit. Tiesto and Armin at the one party woulda been fantastic.
But, on the other hand, now I'm more likely to go and see Junkie XL or Speedy J. There was no way I was gonna miss Tiesto or Armin, so that frees up my schedule somewhat. Also, now we're more likely to get a Tiesto solo show (similar to PvD -- *dreams of a Tiesto 4 hour set*). So, there's good and bad. Also means there'll be more time to sit around talking shit at TT rather than dashing between Rod Laver and Vodafone.
Now, all you non-Melbourne TAs, just cos Tiesto's not coming it doesn't mean that you guys should also cancel your Melbourne appearances. Sure, maybe I'm pushing s*** uphill here, but Two Tribes in Melbourne is the biggest (and dare I say it, the best) party in the country. Come and dance on Centre Court at Rod Laver arena in all its laser-filled glory! Oh, and come and see all us Melbourne TAs. We're a pretty cool bunch you know.
Hrm, for a canberran, what advantages does melbourne have over sydney for TT? I was thinking about coming to melb for it mainly for tiesto, so maybe not now.
I ain't all that concerned if Tiesto is coming or not... (Though it would be totally awesome)
My main concern right now is getting a ticket...
WHERE THE HELL DO I GET A TICKET????
Ticketek DON'T HAVE ANY!!!
The lady from Ticketek said that Ticketek havn't heard anything about issueing tickets from the people who are running Two Tribes Melbourne.. But u can get tickets to the Sydney and now the Queensland show.
And the lady also told me that there was no future scheduled release in the Ticketek 'news' for the next week..

If anyone KNOWS when u can get tickets then please post it up.
Tickets are not yet available at all AFAIK for TT Melbourne
. They'll run early bird sales for about a month, so you'll have plenty of time to buy. I seriously doubt that this event will sell out -- last year there was no trouble at all buying tix the Friday before the event.
