trance that takes you on a journey

does trance do this to you?
one tune that really sticks out in my mind is
joker jam - innocence (paul van dyk remix)
when the break comes in i am taken to a sunny beach on a sunday morning with beautiful scenery and the perfect girl. calmness, serenity, contentment. nothing matters, the things that stress you don't exist and you feel successful in life and achievement.
just standing there with your arm around your girl, looking at the beauty around you without any cares, time drifts by gracefully

any one else get taken to this place by this tune
or any place with any tune?

I know exactly what you mean. When ever I listen to BT and PvD's Namistai, Im on the eurostar from London to Paris. The only other song that really gets me going in terms of imagination is Halcyon by Orbital.

It makes me feel like I'm at a huge party with like 1 000 000 people plus and there's all kinds of huge speakers pounding this song while everyone goes nuts. ))

Both that and the Rocket Ajax mix are great, but the one I mentioned, I first heard it a couple years ago, and it's been with me ever since. It really is an epic song.

But other than just that there are a couple of others that tend to take me on a voyage.

just listened to bt - namastai, yea its a trippy tune, but it doesn't take me anywhere specific, i still like it tho
i've never had a tune give me such specific visualisations as innocence, without any external influences either
