Posted by Chookie on Jan-17-2003 01:27:

Am thinking about it, but got invited to a house party Sat nite, I tend to have a better time at parties these days!

What an awesome night .. probably one of the best altitudes I've been too!

And it was good to see the ladies out in force this time .. partying in Sydney sadly often ends up as a sausagefest, but ratio was probably 50:50
especially when Ms Cleavage in the Red Top started shakin' the booty u guys know what I mean

big ups to phil & jon for turning up .. TAs not so much in force this time but we still pack the front row

looking forward to the next one!

Werd to ur motha!

What a night!! Diggs and morro were again brilliant, liquid m pumped out their live stuff and as always worked us into a frenzy and Yoshi played a great hard set too!! Once of his better i might add

One of the best nights i've had full stop.

Good to see Joel and Phil and had a great time guys! I might skip[ transmission though and just save up for Two Tribes i reckon. It will go off so badly, and we NEED to have a meetup as well before we all go to TT i reckon eh?

Edit: that girl in red was irish and i almost managed to score her number but curse her useless boyfriend being there

What a crazy weekend it was for me! It was bizarre for many reasons!

I at first was not intending to go out at all this weekend, neither Friday nor saturday night, because I had been so tired during the week. A friend had mentioned Trance.Lucid earlier in the week and I declined to go at the time. On Friday I got home straight from work, had dinner intending to sit back and watch TV then sleep, but my friend calls me and says he needs something from me and it had to be that night otherwise he'll be in deep shit, so with great hesitation I had to meet up with him, and handed over what he needed. Since I was out, I thought might as well do something, so we went to Darling Harbour. There was the Latino festival, which was worth going to just to appreciate bodies. Then at around 11:30pm we decided to go to Trance.Lucid, so we went after all. We bumped into webmeister just as I was about to enter the trance room. Bizarrely enough, Tranzmit bumped into us as well at exactly the same moment right there, so we had a three-way greet.

There were many great uplifting tracks played, webmeister and I could recognise many. Some were new to me and I hope to track them down, if I can remember them.

It was a good night, and it was great to see webmeister, tranzmit and webmeister's flatmate (was it Allen?) again, and it was good to meet James too. I found a few other people I knew too.

I stayed till the end, chatted for a fe hours at John's place, went home, then went to bed at 1pm, woke at 8:30pm. My plan to see 8 Mile with friends that afternoon was no longer. I had dinner then went out to Progress @ Gas with a couple of friends. They were giving free annual memberships that night so I signed up. The night went very well, quite a few uplifting trance tunes played, as well as the usual hard trance. We stayed unitl the end, then went to Daydreams for a couple of hours. A lot of people also came there from Gas. More hard trance there. As soon as I said goodbye to friends outside I heard CRW - I feel love (Dumonde remix) playing, it's a really awesome track! I haven't heard it played out since Back to Basics 4 in March 2000. I wanted to get back in but unfortunately they don't let you in once you're out! I went to bed at 12:30pm, woke at 7:30pm.

It turned out to be a very active weekend for me, rather than a totally quiet one as I had planned. It's rare that I'm out going hard in two consecutive nights, yet I successfully did it. No need for any stimulants either, which is another bizarre thing!

Nar I can't remember seeing any1 like that

I was wearing a red Mooks shirt. At one stage earlier on I was down a bit hanging around with the guys on the skater if you saw them.

During liquid M's set I was AT THE FRONT THE WHOLE TIME :P Standing next 2 trance-tasman 4m ITM me thinks. Pinkhelmet from ITM was to my right

When Diggs and Morro Played 5 million miles i was right in front of them....still singing it, hehe...

if that helps make what I looked like any clearer :P

Next time I there'll have 2 b a meet up so I can meet you all once You TA bunch are an hard bunch to find. The ITM'rs are all over the shop, As are you TA's but you keep quite

hahaha
Five Million Miles - all of us TAs were right there at the front, slightly to the lefthand side. You must've seen me .. I was the dude screaming the lyrics

The only mohawk I remember was the dude doing the lights while Liquid M and Yoshi were playing, who obviously wasn't you! I was wearing a dark blue shirt with a yellow stripe on it, which probably doesn't help in the slightest

And yeah, I know who pinkhelmet from ITM is, so I also know why you were dancing next to her
