Burglery In Our Studio!!!

god dam i am fucking pissed....why does it has to happen to often to people who make a living doing this...

On the night between Monday 13'th and Tuesday 14'th 2003 between 01:15 - 02:30 an unknown party of characters broke into our studio and robbed us clean...

They took pretty much everything of value and our insurance won't cover our losses (Computer with aprox 3 years of original work, synths, poweramp etc. - it's all gone). On the same floor lies 3 other studios that also got cleaned out.

Further more - this whole incident will stall us pretty hard in regards of music production - Both me and WennE are out of cash to buy new eqipment and we will basicly have to start from scratch building a new sound/sample library & try to get back in the loop. An estimate would be at least 2 months before we can get enough money to get a new computer and then we can hopefully use our last MP3.com paycheck to get new Creamware Cards. In total we're talking about getting back in production by mid April 2003. If either one of us get's a job or some sort of income we might be able to cut some time.

PLEASE - Spread the word about this and make it hard for the people who stole our property to sell the equipment.

We would very much apprechiate if you would keep an eye open for wierd or suspicious adds where people might try to sell gear that might be ours.

Here's the list of gear lost as we know it so far...

trance[]control lost:
1x Computer with aprox 120 GB of work & samples (3 years worth)

1x NAD 216 THX Poweramp
1x 14" TV/VCR Set

Insurance: WONT'T COVER THE LOSS

1x Pair of Event 20/20 BAS
1x Fully expanded Yamaha 02r Mixerdesk
1x Computer with a bagload of work
1x Creamware Pulsar II Card

1x KORG MS2000R

Insurance: WILL COVER THE LOSS - But not as a full replacement.

F*cking unreal! It is the worst thing to overcome, to lose a list of equipment that maybe is built up in a couple of years, to such lame assholes. But maybe even worser is the work that you create is lost, just sick...

You should have said that you got this information from their site or wherever you got the info. I think that's why people believe you are trance[]control...

PS: You can edit your post so that it says that you are just spreading the word.
