Ta night Review

WE brought a vibe to exit last night!




..... First off I want to Thank Mike, Tae, Larry, Chris, and all of our friends on this board and club planet that came out and supported last night. Me and Alex arrived around mindnight to the club. At first I was hesitent to even walk in because of my distaste for the place now. But as I did I noticed alot of imediate changes. The security didnt pat me down at all, the lighting on the main floor was top notch. Even though the music wasnt that great the production was great. Well me Akko, brian, alex and friends made our way up to the second floor to catch Dj X Fator on the wheels of steal His set was top notch to say the least. He played quit a few anthems that brought my spirt up and made me forget about where I was. Around 2 Chris came off and Tae with his cigy in his mouth stepped into his layer His facial expression changed totally and you could tell he was coming to BRING IT! He opens with this nice progressive track produced by Sasha ( I dont recall the name ) and for about 25 to 30 min he flawlessly mixes a good progressive trance set. He played some breaks which Melisa was happy about. Then he puts on 3 drive ~ Carrea 2 ( Nu NrG Rmx) And after there he just DESTROYED US. I couldnt stop dancing the whole time. Just amazing amazing amazing. I looked over to Daniela 1/2 way through and asker her for some Id's and she knew none! So many new or unheard of tracks wich I didnt expect to hear. Towrds the end he played Joyride, Tenshi , and some sick!!! Anthems. DJ TEK OWNED!!!!!!! . At around 4:15 Mike steps on with his Scooby do bye his side and begins another killer set. Bye this time Im ready to collapse but Of course Bugout has to kill me again! 3 drives Carrea 2 Extended Remix is the only Id I had but the tracks were High Bpm's and just made me move.


Melisa ~ Your Bf mike is sooo cool I think I convinced him to come to Winter conferance!
Tae/ Chris/ Mike~ I cant walk thankx guys

Larry & mike ~ you both are good people and you followed though with everthing you said, which I respect alot
And all of my other friends thankx for coming out AND BRINGING VIBE TO EXIT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omfg. I told you man, I had to be there last night argh!!!

anyways, I hope I can get a chance to play there around april~~~may

John- after pvd @ exit i swore to never hit that club again..but it sounds like you had a really dope night...exit with a vibe? is that possible

There's probably a better chance at a better vibe if they make it 21+ like Saturdays, which I think have been better when I've been there. But I'll guess that some people here would be affected.

It was a great time (other than my molestation by a female security person... do I really look like I'm keeping something in my privates area???), but it was so COLD in that room! I should've known better for a room that is so close to the entrance, and I should've either brought a sweater or not checked my coat in.
While waiting in line, I saw some guy behind me wearing just a t-shirt. Was that an attempt to save some bucks on coat check? Such a trooper.

It looked like we got a lot of curious looks from people passing by. Too bad there weren't many takers who decided to come in and stay.

Sure was great meeting all of ya.

Sounds like the night was a success....I couldnt make it out there this time (partially because it was virtually subzero weather outside!) but expect me there next time throwing down a wonderful set...

I would really liek to give a warm thank you to Mike and larry for giving me the oppurtunity to spin and for throwing this whole night together. It was really alot of fun. I also wanna thank each and every single one of you for coming down in near subzero degree weather to support us. That was without a doubt the most support any one can ask for. Other than that, awesome night. Tek played a sick set started proggy than ended with agnelli & nelson - everyday 2002 (alex gold mix) which was sicKKKKKKKK as with mike, played the nu nrg remix of carrera 2 and george acosta - the reaper than ended it realll hard. As with my myself...well i compiled a semi tracklist of most of the tracks i played. I'm amazed i remembered most of it, well here it is:

hmmm...a Valentines Day TA Event? hmmmmm

i had alot of fun the only problem was how cold it was...
other than that i am not gonna complain..less people the more relaxed it was however lets try and find a small club instead of room in a super club...im totally for this keep up the work and the djs are doin great...glad to see everyone out...
and btw MELISSA THE EAGLES LOST!

sigh... this is what happens when everyone know how big a fan you are.... i am never going to hear the end of it.

but friday was great. you all know i don't really care for trance but i enjoyed the music on friday and i was very happy with the vibe. i didn't know that was possible at exit. i really liked the intimacy of that room. it was COLD though. i think i was dealing better than some people but it was rough at the end. i don't think that room actually has heaters. i can't imagine what it is like in the summer.

and i learned on friday how convienent it is is to have a bf with the same size feet, cause those boots i had on were not for dancing, as everyone may have noticed the change in my dancing style when i had the shoes on. he he....

i am glad we went. in fact, i would even go back to exit if this happened again. as i told larry, they did a good job and i will do my best to support this party.

Despite the coldness of that room..I had a great time that
night I liked how that room was basically detached from
that exit mainroom vibe..when i was in that room i forgot that
i was at exit
i was really impressed with all the ta djs, and I hope you guys
can do this again!

hey everyone.. first of all thank you guys for comin out showing us support, foreals u guys are the best and thanx to mike & larry for pullin this together, u guys were very cool about everything and made me feel comfortable.. and chris, it was good spinning with u, i hope we can do it again soon.. your set was top notch heheh dont u guys think it would have been more ppl and more energy if it wasnt AS COLD!!! shhiet i had to put my hoody back on towards the end of my set !! lol...well once again Mike & Larry good lookin out on this event.. props..

you had to put your hoody on... i had my coat! and cody was wearing a winter coat and hat all night. it was so funny cause it kept lookin like ppl were leavin but they were just freezing. says something for your set that we all stayed.

The heating is the biggest issue we are fighting right now. We have to come up with something, we are thinking about tarping that stairway off.
