WOW!!!
very very melodic!!!
you are so talanted man!!!!!!!
i guess you are learing an instrument for long time now !! right??
only one thing, the kick at 0:30 is too hard, make it much softer in my opinion to fit it in your track!!
good luck with this one!!
ok, thanks for your tip. i guess i have to check the volume settings once more. perhaps i should change the kick sample. it's a very punchy one with a lot of attack.
i'd like to hear some other comments...
cheers
really nice bass, youve given it a great atmosphere with the pads, have to agree with Flotser on the kick, doesnt suit the track, but sounds nice look forward to the complete version....
wow, very nice man, i like that guitar-thing! but the kick is 2 hard..
looking forward 2 hearing the full track
is it the sample itself that doesn't fit into the track? or is it just it's volume?
that beat is just too hard for the track- takes away from the amazing beauty of the melody. I would use a softer drum with more resonance, the one you have now is kind of a hard-trance/hardcore sample.
Man, i would love to do a re-groove of this track- turn it into a housier peice of music. If you're interested, PM me or sumthin
Lastly, what things do you use to produce, software/hardware wise?
I'm gonna go against everyone here, I don't think the beat is too heavy at all, i just doesn't sound right, an even harder beat would probably be better, but it needs a few percussive effects in there as well. Melody is really nice as well
Amazing track! I don't think the kick needs to be softer but it sounds like one of those old school Juno Reactor / Goa kicks. Make it more compressed or somethin'... Whatever you gotta do.
