I dont agree as this quote stands against the true spirit of electronic music, the "depersonalization" of music. After rock and Pop, Electronic Music developed the first scene where names and image didn't matter, where you'd just celebrate to faceless music in dark rooms and forget about everything. It was about the music, and the music only. Unfortunately, with today's superstar dj's (an inevitable development though) such an anonymous way of living the music hardly existy anymore.

I agree on (with?) both points. It is my religion, yet I do not worship the dj, but more the music he spins heh

Yea! I worship also the music but I can start to see the dj as the new priest that gives us the "message"...
