Your First Mix With A Crowd...

I was curious about your first experience spinning infront of a crowd? What was the most scariest thing that you could've imagined. Im just curious since i may be spinning my first club crowd in less then a month.

I was nervous! Especially mixing in the first record into the one that you played first. Shaking hands and stuff . If the first couple of mixes go good the nerves will go away (in my case).

I've heard that you must think that you are playing in your own room the first couple of records. You know the transitions, pitch, etc. So it makes it a bit easier for you.

My first gig (200 people, party from school) went well, so I got relaxed and played a good set with good response from the audience!

dont be afraid!!! if u know the job it will be easy mixing just like in your bedroom...

if u scare just open with something easy to mix with..then you will get over it
