I read something about this in another forum. SF is starting a new Friday night party called MIX. They put down names such as Carl Cox, Sasha & Digweed, and Tall Paul. I didn't want to be the first to start a rumor in case it's bullshit but it looks like it might be happening. They also said the party would begin on 3/7 which makes sense.

I'm no big SF fan, but i'm in the mood for a change of scenery. Arc is a great place, but every weekend is starting to feel repetitive and I might start loosing interest soon.

well...i guess intelligent responses are hard to come by around here...

ok kid, here's the possible scenario that comes about with this backwards type of thinking:

let's say whoever these promoters are for SF want to see how much potential supprt there is for NYC's own trance-oriented party...you and the rest who think like you can tell this party to fuck off in your own colorfully idiotic way, then that party dies out and you dont have any hope of bringing better talent in the future...

Or you can swallow that ridiculous pride of yours and go to support, hopefully continuing this party with the potential of bringing in all the DJs you wanna see...

you still want to keep thinking like that, or you bare a night to see Acosta, meet the promoters, and tell them who you want them to bring??

this is exactly why this night is so intriguing to me...it can be a sign of good things to come...

In response to statement number 2, I thought the crowd wasn't bad when PVD spun at SF. It was a gooood night!!
