Blank & Jones

What do you guys think about Blank & Jones' "Substance" album that was released last year? I think it was a masterpiece, very haunting (extremely).It also did surprisingly well thanks to the first single off it - "Desire", They even performed it on the TV program "TOP OF THE POPS". Anyway...what did you think of it and also as the self-proclaimed "#1 Blank & Jones fan" I would also like to know what you think of thier style and previous albums/singles

About their singles - 2003 release Chicane-Love_on_the_Run__Blank_and_Jones_Remixes-Vinyl-2003 sounds very good...

Ahhhhh Blank & Jones takes me back a bit, dont listen 2 them nearly as much as i use 2, love there tune 'Blank & Jones - The Blue Sky', not one of the well known ones, dunno why, one of there best in my opinon.

Quite good album, but not the best. Desire is a really good track, but The Heardest Heart is better

I like blank & jones. 3 months ago I bought their first mix album called "blank & jones : in the mix"
I am pretty satisfied with this album, although there is some cheese on CD1. CD 2 is bliss pure, containing tracks like Paulvan Dyk : Autumn,Solid Sessions : Janeiro, Paul Oakenfold : Southern Sun [Tiesto RMX], Allure : No more tears, Riva : Time is the healer [AvB Vocal RMX]...
I can't believe they performed on "Top of the Pops" << Commercial pure

Rob Searle Remix is also quite good

I Just got 2 Blank and Jones Livesets. Absolutly Amazing

Think it was Nature One and Trance Energy 2002

I havent heard the first Blank & Jones album In Da Mix, but starting from DJ Culture I notice a trend that every album it not as good as the previous. DJ Culture and Nightclubbing were awesome, but I'm not really feeling Substance. Still an okay album though.
