chants during live sets

I've noticed over my years of listening to artists such as Oakenfold, tiesto, jules and company that during their live sets sometimes the crowd gets into a cheer, or chant if you will. However i can't make out the words they are saying. I was just wondering if any of you people that have been to these clubs where they've done them? and if so, what are they say? I just want to be able to sing along when i'm listening to my live sets

i'm more than willing to bet they chanting "oakie" when oakenfold spins, it happens everywhere, really adds to the atmosphere

'there's only one Ferry Corsten' is one of my favourite chants

if jules is playing then i should think its usually "fuck off!"

hahahehwheehaheah thats sofa king funny. no but seriously: the specific chant i've heard in at least 3-10 other sets follows the format of: shout.. shout... shout-fuckin-shout. The "fuckin" is the only part I can make out, the "shouts" are the inaudible words i'm trying to figure out.

It's not really chanting, but I was watching this Ferry Corsten video and he was playing PUNK and the crowds were humming the song. After ahile Ferry just dropped the volumn, and all you could hear is hundreds of hundreds dancers humming PUNK. lol it was coooool

lol Yeh Spad I've heard of that as well @ Dutch party sets I have. It sounds alright...no real practical reason though.

I experienced this at judgement sundays this year. The line up was ferry, anne, and jules, me and two of my buddies were drinkin before cause we thought anne savage would be on first and when we got to Eden ferry was already on, fuck i was so mad ya know him being my fav dj and all. So we got the last 40-45 mins of his set and he drops punk for his last song(i think it was last) and everyone just started chanting, singing, humming it whatever ya wanna call it. Amemory i will remember forever.
