DJ TAUCHER - Seen him live?
Anybody ever seen Taucher dj at a club? I have'nt but I've heard he puts some sweet-ass performances and sets, I even heard rumors that he's hung upside down playing the turntables..
He came to the Nation in DC last year...anybody catch him there?
dj taucher is nuts, i mean
JUST LOOK AT HIS HAIR!
*no picture today*
LOL....Thats why he's known as "the craziest dj in the world", The guy started his career dj-ing with a scuba-diving outfit for crying out loud
yeah I heard good things about him, but when I saw him live last year in the Spring he did an ok show. he played a lot of progressive tech-house stuff. it was just ok, a bit borring at parts... and don't get me wrong I love tech house, but it was just a weird set
i saw him in early 2001, awsome set! he didn't do any hanging upside-down though...
he's always been an unpredictable dj, but he's definitly changed styles in the last year or two. but his old productions/remixes still kick ass!
i saw him 2 weeks ago, it was soooooooo bad
his mixing was okay, but the track selection... one borring track after the other
i exspected a trance journey, but it was pure lameness...
What sorta style is he playing thesedays?
ive heard from the mouth of flystyler and jo-bob that he's a sac of wank. One to miss me thinks :S
I have seen him once with DJ Mind-X and those sets were TERRIBLE!
Haven't heard such boring stuff!
i think his style is called
progresive-tribal-oh-i-should-go-home-but-those-drunken-freaks-are-still-dancing-to-this-sound-from-a-joint-smoking-dj-house

i saw him live within the last 6 months and he was amazing! played nicely sped uplifting tunes, played about 30mins of fast proggie/technoy which did sound rather wicked, ended with ayla - ayla, id deff go see him again
caught him at Club Space last year and yes, the man is f'ing nuts...
at one point, he hung upside down from the rafters atop the dj booth and just swinging back and forth like a monkey. then he goes down to the dance floor, and starts dancing with everybody and drinking out of everybodys cup...crazy shit...
that day, he was playing a mix of progressive, tech, melodic, house and trance.....
Well more people saw him?Cause i will see him in 26/06 and i like to know what he is playing...more prog, more uplifting...?
I think its progressive
heh, that's the man that introduced me to trance, boys and girls.
ayla - ayla [dj taucher mix] is still one of, if not the single most favorite trance track for me.
i'd love to see him live. a good idea of his old style is the webster hall compilation.
