Mark Oliver @ Guvernment (Weekly Tracklisting)

Just wondering if it exists somewhere on the internet. a site, or msg board where people compile or Mark himself posts a list of tracks he's been playing Saturday nights at Guv.

I post this now because I went to Guvernment last night after a 5 month absence from toronto clubbing. Needless to say i was more than impressed and NEED to find out what Mark has been playing lately.

I've checked Oliver's website and the Guvernment website and have only found his top 40 from Dec. 28th

If anyone can help to post any tracks Mark played last night, (esp. the Animotion - Obsession remix, and the one with the male vocals saying "something something 'I Like It' somethign something 'drugs' 'and I'm addicted to the dark beat'"

yes very vague on those vocals but i tried

And no, I'm not aware of any place on the net that has a tracklisting for Oliver's sets.

as far as I know there isn't anywhere that tracks are posted. if you go the guvernment web site on their msg board that has a "music" forum. that's a good place to post unknown tracks, look for tracks etc. I think the track that you were referring to was oscar g and ralph falcon- dark beat.

I've heard Mark play some very different sets. Opening for Deep Dish he was playing breaks, opening for PVD trance, goes on and on. Personally I think Oliver is the best dj in Toronto (obviously after Mr. Graham, pff another league)

Ya i agree with you. MO is one of the best djs around. Ive been listening to his sets for 5 years in and out of guv and am rarely disappointed. I prefer to listen to him before opening up for a big dj. Thats when he really kicks ass.

Yesterday i was really cranky and bitter towards the whole scene after my ordeal on sat night, rendering my previous post.
