It's all about the bleu cheese. I used to think it was nasty, then I ate it on salad, and now I eat the whole container plain...mmmmmm... P.S. brush your teeth or carry mints because smells yucky, however this is by all means NOT a reason to avoid it.

P.S. Brie, Gorgonzola, very sharp cheddar and that fresh mozarella in the water also rule...

i like cheese as cold-cuts, and the brown cheese!..... dont know the english name..

Posted by sothis on Feb-04-2003 02:55:

i didnt use to be a cheese fan at all. it was alright, but i didnt appreciate it much.

then some years back when i visited england, we went to cheddar and tried REAL cheddar cheese, a bunch of different kinds. after that, ive just loved cheese... usually the expensive imported shit, just because i tried "real" stuff and it was so damn good. i dont like american yellow cheddar cheese unless its extra sharp, i hate plastic cheese.

so yea. i pretty much like all cheese.
