I'm looking for a room-mate...

I'm sick of living in North Toronto (after living @ Richmond and University for 2 years)...

I'm looking for a room-mate (male or female)... It must be downtown or on a subway line that is a quick stop to the downtown....

Also, I need a parking space for my new car, don't mind paying extra for it.

I'm ultra clean [i'm talking cleaning and vacuming twice a week, or preferred to get a cleaner every 2 weeks], I work from 8am until 6pm or 7pm every day [at my office], and just need my own bedroom [for my bed, tv, desk, stereo and a dresser] (unless you want to take advantage of my stereo, big TV and technics 1200s...[I'm happy to share]) I'd prefer non-smoking (at least in the place - smoking out side [like i do once and a while (outside of course)] is ok])

I'm pretty flexible, open, don't care about girlfriends, buddies, partying late, or living life too it's fullest (as long as I can do it too!).

Budget is not important as long as I have a reasonable size room and parking for my car. Downtown is the key!

Email me if you know, or if you have a space.

I know this isn't as good as Now or Eye magazine, but I'd rather find someone here or there. Downtown (via a short subway or street-car) is preferred.

anyway..i wanna move out but that would be possible only once i get a job and some other projects of mine on the road..hopefully it will be in summer...

Too much engineering calculus will do that to you...

But very useful for the thought within a thought type of thing..

I'm definately interested, however I'm looking for a place for next year. More specifically, next term (Fall 2003). I go to U of T and i'm thinking of moving out of residence next year, so the place would have to be near campus. This may not be what you are looking for (time frame, etc.), but hey worth a shot. Re-post or PM me if you are interested!
