Juno.co.uk rocks

Juno records rocks....I placed my order yesterday it got here today. Yet my James holden - nothing was missing 1 of the disc i got 2 silver city mix's. I call them up they are shipping the new one free of any charge. Im totaly loyal to juno now.

Cool

yes, juno are ace m8y, best customer service on the net, out of all stuff ive bought, juno are the best of the best of the best!

I'll stick to Chemical...cheaper shipping and usually gets to me within 3-4 days

Posted by Abscond on Feb-04-2003 19:14:

It's sad that Juno ships faster than most sites located in the US. Oh well, they have a superior selection and I usually get my orders in 2-3 days (love that Fed Ex option, extra money but well worth it). They're easily my favorite. I'd like to try Chemical but they never have anything I want.

Juno does rock it's that simple. I just wish they stocked more of the same record sometimes.

Got my Juno update via email a few days ago and noticed Infusion - Legacy (Synesthesia Dub/Junkie XL Remix) had been released. When to the site to order it and they were already sold out

Posted by Incantation_UK on Feb-04-2003 22:01:

Apart from the sound samples Juno is much better than Chemical. Juno stocks far more labels and artists and gets loads more stuff up front. Also, if u order early enough in the day and your lucky you'll get next day delivery at no extra charge. can't argue with that.

Juno = ownage and my home (i wish )

i've heard pretty much nothing but good things about juno. just when i went to order, it seemed they had everything in stock. do they send you an email later on telling you if one of your records was out of stock, or what? just curious

Posted by TwiloThunder on Feb-05-2003 05:50:

Everything they have listed on their website is what they actually have in stock. It's updated a few times a day so the odds of you selecting a vinyl that is actually out of stock but still listed would be pretty small.

However if you do they inform you its not in stock when they confirm your order via email.

yeah the bjork pagen poetry(infusion mix ) i got from juno is labeled 3 out of 1000 im glad i ordered everything the first day it was put up.

hrm, thinking cronjob - check juno and email me what has changed in the last hour is in order so you don't miss out on those releases that are only on the site for half a day.

juno is cool, have lots of nice tracks in stock.. just hilarious xpensive shipping to the nordic country's

Posted by clubsolutely on Feb-07-2003 12:39:

you can buy there with your eyes closed

awesome store,

and just for the info, juno is mail order based store, its not a regular vinyl store that you can get in hear stuff and buy.. i think its the only negative thing on juno..

agreed juno is the best. But they could do with getting better samples for the tunes. It often misses out the best part of the tune.

Another good store is musichead.de

juno is the best online store in the UK, if you have a lot of records to buyu then you will find that juno normally has most of them, deleiveery has never tooken more than 2 days for me

Posted by mikefasssy on Feb-14-2003 06:02:

rrrg. I gave in today and ordered from Juno (I am a diehard chem fan but as of late they haven't been getting the tracks I want in ). Hope my order comes soon, shipping was nuts, half of total cost of order was shipping . Oh well it is worth it.

Fuckin typical, after me saying all this about juno they send me the wrong fuckin record out. I order johannes heil future primitive they send me another of heil's records (didn't pay much attention to the name). However there return policy was excellent, so still the best in my book.
By the way I'm still waiting for alexander kowalski - speaker attack from biwire.co.uk which I ordered on the same nite.

Juno is GREAT! I got my order in just 2 days and I live in the U.S.! The shipping is a little expensive, but it's well worth it!

Posted by Narcissus on Feb-18-2003 17:32:

Juno is ok. Nothing special to be honest. They sometimes have some exclusive vinyls and their price is a tad cheaper than other places like chemicalrecords but they still manage to screw up orders more than often especially since they charge quite high shipping quotes and you tend to order secondary records just to make it worthwhile but they'd send out the order even if your primary records aren't available anymore (or if they have actaully not been available all along.. who knows?). Even when that happened and you fill in the special instructions box for them to NOT ship records if they aren't available but to get me notified so i can confirm if i want to continue with the order. When that was complained they made some very unprofessional remarks. I've been all about them for so long and recommended to people but well, i've sort of lost faith in them. Will buy from them only and only if they have some very exclusive items again and i was desperate.

I once got a badly-scratched vinyl from Juno.

But on average they've been very good...

Did you go by FedEx, or just regular shipping???

I ordered today just by regualar, and I didn't want to pay $21 for just one record with FedEx. Just curious...

peace,

Steve

I have dealt with juno many times and I've always found their service to be top notch and their selection great.

I'll be doing business with them soon and I would suggest anyone planning to buy records (especially overseas) would do likewise.

Posted by Tsunami One on Feb-26-2003 04:42:

ive also got a record used from them which shits me up the wallebcause i cant send it back from australia it would be stupid and not cost wise. records should be new unplayed with NO scratches.
