Anyone else have any terrible experiences with these people?! I originally made an order in September and after numerous e-mails and phone calls I never heard back or received anything. After I gave up on these unprofessional bastards I cancelled my order a month ago. I checked my bank statement today only to find out they charged me full price! Sure some record shops may take a long time to ship but this is the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time.

Svenson - Clubbin' on Sunshine (an older favorite) and Chiller Twist - Strings Ultd (Shelley Remix). Found them cheaper and readily available through other sources like xchangemusic.com, I've found tons of stuff there.
